Founder & Structural Engineer
Tommy is a licensed Professional Engineer with a diverse background in structural and transportation engineering. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and completed a Master of Engineering in Structural Engineering from Texas A&M University.
He began his career with TxDOT, working on transportation infrastructure projects while pursuing graduate studies. After earning his master’s, he moved into structural engineering, gaining experience with distribution centers, multi-story storage facilities, and complex residential and commercial structures across the U.S. His work spans a wide range of building materials—including concrete, steel, masonry, wood, and cold-formed steel—and he has served as both a design engineer and project manager.
Tommy brings a hands-on, detail-oriented approach to every project, combining technical precision with a strong understanding of the construction process and client needs.
Senior Project Manager
Tomas brings over 20 years of experience in civil and structural engineering, with a focus on infrastructure development, industrial construction, and public works projects. His career has taken him across Mexico, where he has overseen the construction and engineering of steam generator plants, water treatment facilities, and steel fabrication plants.
His expertise includes structural and civil design, construction supervision, and infrastructure planning for water, sewer, drainage, and roadway systems. He also has extensive experience in field surveying, construction inspection, and project management. Previously, he served as Head of Engineering Development for the Secretary of Urban Development and Environment in Ciudad Victoria, Mexico.
Tomas holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Ciudad Victoria and an Associate’s degree in Electrical Technology.
